The near closure of Neck of the Woods, the struggle to live as a working musician, cuts to arts funding - these are conditions created and worsened by this government.
Things don't have to be this way.
You can be part of a movement to vote this government out. As musicians, music workers, and music lovers, we reach people. Together we can channel that reach to ensure people are heard and that we elect a government that values music, the people who make it and the ones who enjoy it.
This election will be the closest in decades, and that means your vote counts more than ever.
Together, we can and will influence the outcome.
CHANGE THE TUNE is a non-party aligned election campaign run by the E tū Musicians’ Union.
As a union, we stand up for the rights of musicians and music workers.
The campaign is part of a longer-term strategy to build a political movement that can transform the music sector and bring power back to the hands of the musicians and workers who make it run.
